This is a longer skirt, has zip on side at waistband. has  fabric that buttons over zipper on the inside. the waistband is 2.5 inches wide, flat front, elastic back.

3G; waist 46-58, hips 62, length 40 inches

The corduroy is a stretchy fabric. 57% rayon, 41% cotton, 2% lycra.
